Position Overview:
Are you passionate about sustainable food and eager to make a real impact? As a Sustainable Food Sales Representative, you’ll be the face of Full Circle in the Willamette Valley, introducing individuals and businesses to our farm-to-table program. Your mission? To share the joy and benefits of fresh, organic produce while building a healthier, more connected community.
Key Responsibilities:
Engage with the Community: Use your engaging personality and next-level communication skills to connect with residents and businesses, and educate them on the benefits of supporting organic, sustainably grown food. Build Lasting Relationships: Develop rapport with potential customers, addressing their questions and showing them how Full Circle’s offerings can enrich their lives. Know the Product: Master the ins and outs of Full Circle’s organic farming practices, certifications, and sustainability efforts to share our story with passion and authenticity. Achieve Sales Goals: Set and exceed weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales targets, driving growth in our farm-to-table program while making a real impact.
What We’re Looking For:
Passionate about Sustainability: Committed to supporting regenerative agriculture and environmental responsibility. Excellent Communicator: You enjoy talking to people and can convey Full Circle's benefits and mission. Sales Experience a Plus: While prior door-to-door or sales experience is helpful, it’s not required – this is a fantastic entry-level opportunity! Self-Driven: Motivated, goal-oriented, and able to thrive independently in a dynamic environment.
