Job Overview
We are hiring an experienced In-Home Sales Representative to sell high-ticket residential home improvement projects including roofing, siding, windows, and exterior remodeling.
This is a commission-only role designed for confident, professional closers who can lead a strong in-home presentation, build trust quickly, and ask for the sale on the first visit. Appointments are company-provided, pre-set, and local — no cold knocking.
If you rely on heavy discounting to close deals, this is not the role. We sell on value, integrity, and craftsmanship, not price.
Compensation
Commission-only
8%–15% commission (tiered based on performance, margin, and deal type)
Average deal size: $18,000
Strong performers earn $150,000–$200,000+ annually
Fast payout schedule
Paid referrals and paid self-generated deals on top of company leads

Responsibilities
Run 60–90 minute in-home appointments with qualified homeowners
Deliver a professional, value-based presentation
Close same-day whenever possible
Accurately scope projects and present clear solutions
Utilize company-provided financing options to help homeowners move forward without sacrificing margin
Maintain clean notes, follow-ups, and documentation in CRM
Represent the company with professionalism, integrity, and care
Non-Negotiables
Proven in-home, same-day closing experience
Comfortable asking for the sale on the first visit
Strong communication and objection-handling skills
Ability to sell on value — not price
Self-motivated, disciplined, and coachable
Comfortable in a commission-only role (built for producers, not clock-punchers)
Preferred Experience
Experience selling with or against companies such as RBA, LeafFilter, DaBella, or River Roofing is a strong plus
Background in home improvement, construction, or exterior remodeling sales preferred
