TRAVEL IS BOOMING – These are expansion hires – Join our growing team today.

POSITION OVERVIEW:

As a Travel Advisor, you enjoy helping people select and manage all aspects of their vacation. We want to add more driven, success-focused Travel Advisors to our growing team of award-winning travel professionals. You'll not only play a crucial role in guiding guests to exceptional travel experiences, but you'll also earn uncapped commissions based on your ability to provide the best sales and service experience. You'll get travel perks, a solid benefits package, a strong base salary, great benefits, and a team-oriented sales environment with supportive management.

The position is an in-office-only sales-exempt employment opportunity handling clients, mainly by phone and email, who contact our office. You are not responsible for lead generation, only offering our services to those who contact us and servicing those clients. Travel Advisors meet and exceed personal targets by initiating interactions with past guests and prospects interested in taking a vacation.

We provide training and ongoing support, but your desire to make this a career, not a job, will bring you the most significant financial rewards. The longer you stay in the career, the easier it becomes to exceed your desired salary target.

Successful candidates are…

Excited to Talk Travel: Selling vacation experiences requires excellent listening skills to understand what matters to a guest and the ability to develop trust and relationships.

Goal-oriented and Self-Motivated: To build a loyal customer base via communication efforts, including calls, emails, referral development, networking, social media tools, and company-hosted sales events.

Great at Time Management & Multi-Tasking: Need to efficiently manage calls, follow up on emails and leads, and manage guest communications while creating solid relationships by putting the client first.

Detailed Oriented: This industry requires extreme attention to detail, as misspelling someone's name can cost them their entire dream vacation.

Embrace Technology: We are a tech-forward office, embracing the latest in phone systems, software, and AI to be as efficient and error-free as possible – you will embrace the same.

You Solve Problems, not Create Them.

Our Office:

Established in 2004, we have been winning sales and service awards since our first year. We offer:

Uncapped, Performance-based Compensation: The compensation structure includes a base hourly wage ($23/hr) during up to three months of training. Once you've completed the training period, you move to a higher monthly minimum plus bonuses/incentives. Ultimately, your pay is driven by your ability to sell vacations. The more you sell, the more you make.

Travel Benefits: Enjoy discounted and even free vacations for you and your family.

Flexible Schedule: We are open seven days a week, and you need to be able to work any shift with notice. We are flexible with time off requests, lunches, etc.

Benefits Package: Paid Time Off, a 401K program with up to 3.5% company match, disability insurance, dental insurance, life insurance, a QSEHRA to provide health insurance, a history of EOY bonuses, monthly incentives, and a supportive and progressive work environment.
