Cascade Distribution Group is hiring for a full-time Operations / Sales Representative.
Operations
Implementing and Maintaining work processes.
Ability to use Excel in an effective manner.
The ability to learn and use Cascade’s ERP System.
Production scheduling.
Inventory and Inventory auditing.
Weekly and Monthly cycle counts.
Maintaining correct inventory data of what is on hand
Overseeing Production.
Help promote a company culture that encourages top performance and high morale.
Assessing resource requirements for each day/week of production.
Ensuring that health and safety regulations are met.
Ensure quality and quantity of materials.
Sales
Inside and outside Sales.
Communicating with vendors and customers in a timely manner.
Traveling for Distribution
Knowledgeable product presentations.
Sales calls with distributor staff.
Inputting orders daily.
Ensuring orders are pulled correctly.
High quality customer service, making sure to provide correct information (i.e., pricing and inventory levels).
