We are seeking a dynamic sales professional, who has a strong desire to earn substantial commission from each closed sale. This position requires the Design Consultant to provide a semi-scripted presentation, in vetted customers homes, with the goal of selling a Powers Bath and Remodel shower stall or bathtub/shower stall combination. The ideal candidate lives the Eugene, Springfield, Corvallis or Albany area.
Our existing Design Consultants experience a high capture rate, because of the fact that we invest the time to ensure that all of the customers are aware of the visit, are interested in purchasing our exact product line and need only to be made aware of how fantastic a bathroom remodel will be for them. What also helps increase our sales opportunities, is that we are the exclusive dealer of our product in The Home Depot of Eugene, Springfield, Corvallis, Albany and six additional locations in the State of Oregon. One can also find us at most every home show, like event, within the West, South and Central parts of the State.
This is a commission sales position, with paid training and the potential for a draw against future commission for the first 90-days. We offer health benefits after 90-days of employment and proven sales ability. All sales professionals are provided a company issued iPad, training, support, marketing material, demonstration material and more. This position does require the sales professional to travel from in-home demonstration to in-home demonstration, in a territory that encompasses Eugene, Springfield, Corvallis, Albany and Roseburg.
