Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Client Engagement

Generate quality leads through networking, referrals, and outreach efforts in collaboration with the marketing team.

Qualify incoming leads to ensure alignment with our company’s project goals and determine if the client is a good fit.

Conduct in-home consultations, understanding the client’s vision, discussing material options, and establishing a clear project scope and realistic design budget.

Present and sell Castile’s design and remodeling services, finalize agreements, and ensure all project details are defined to consistently meet sales goals.

Design & Project Management

Collaborate with clients and the design team to develop sketches and layouts that capture the client’s design ideas.

Work with the design team to select appropriate materials, labor, and scope, ensuring the project aligns with the client’s expectations and budget.

Oversee design projects from conception through completion, ensuring they are delivered within profit margins.

Monitor project progress to ensure installations meet client expectations, and provide exceptional customer service throughout the process.

Customer Service & Support

Provide outstanding customer service from the initial consultation to the final walkthrough.

Proactively advocate for clients, addressing concerns and managing expectations throughout the design and installation process.

Qualifications:

High school diploma required; relevant experience in kitchen and bath remodeling or interior design preferred.

Proven sales experience in the remodeling or construction industry.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Strong attention to detail with problem-solving abilities.

Experience with project conceptualization, including hand-drawn sketches or scale drawings.

Flexibility to work extended hours during peak project periods.

Team-oriented with a strong sense of integrity and honesty.

Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.

Professional appearance and the ability to "dress to impress."

Positive, energetic, and charismatic demeanor.

Compensation and Benefits:

Base wage + tiered commission based on sales performance.

Paid time off (up to 60 hours per year).

Medical Insurance: Employee contributions range from 0-20% of the premium, depending on the selected plan.
