Lanz Cabinets is hiring for a full-time Sales Assistant / Customer Service Rep. The main function of this position is to provide administrative support to the Sales Department and customer service to clients.
Job Duties:
Ordering Samples
Preparing submittals
Providing digital and hard copy product information to customers
Pricing for billable services
Performing Special projects as requested
Following all standard procedures in relation to contracts in a timely manner
Necessary Skills:
Computer Literacy
Well versed in Microsoft Office products
The ability to complete tasks with tight deadlines.
Excellent customer service skills
Excellent written and verbal skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
