EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

1. Associates or Bachelor's Degree preferred;

2. 2+ years of sales and/or sales management experience; or,

3. A combination of education and experience that illustrates a proven track record in this field.

4. A valid driver's license and a safe driving record.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

1. Leads and manages the sales department's employees. Has the authority and responsibility to hire, fire, allocate work, provide training, set and inspect performance expectations, evaluate performance, reward and recognize, discipline, and recommend wage changes, promotions, transfers, or any other change of employee status. His/her recommendations are given serious weight in each decision.

2. Leads group and individual meetings on a weekly basis.

3. Formulates and implements strategies with the goals of having: 1) each Home Energy Consultant meets or exceeds his/her projected Key Performance Indicators every month; and 2) the company consistently meet or exceeds its budgeted monthly and annual sales goals.

4. Oversees the paperwork of the sales department to ensure clear communication among all departments of the company and customers.

5. Works to resolve all issues with customers to ensure everyone has a remarkable experience.

6. Is an ambassador of the company's culture and purpose.

Full team of Home Energy Consultants

NECESSARY KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

1. Knowledge of sales and marketing principles and practices.

2. Ability to understand, speak, read, and write in English.

3. Skill in operating a personal computer and programs.

4. Skill in verbal and written communication.

5. Strong presentation skills.

6. Ability to inspect attics and crawlspaces.
