We are moving into our busiest season and with our expansion, we are looking to hire at least 2 more LMT's: one to start at the beginning of September and one to start in October.

We want your schedule full, for you to show up to work, focus on your sessions and clients and leave your job satisfied and happy. We need an LMT who is versatile and naturally good with people, able to truly listen to our clients who likes the freedom of working alone, but wants to be a part of a team.
Requirements:
Currently credentialed or willing to be credentialed with insurance companies within 2 weeks of being hired
Must have or get an NPI number prior to starting shift
Deep Tissue needed
Hot Stone is a plus
Therapeutic massage gun knowledge or willingness to learn
Enhancement menu for client's maximum results
In general, our clients gravitate towards an LMT who gives a naturally "flowy" massage, when wanted for relaxation, but confident in blending therapeutic massage in to the session
Experience with Motor Vehicle claims or willingness to learn. MVC's are paid more per hour
Must have current Oregon LMT license and insurance, please do not apply if you do not have it
We offer session times up to 2 hours and you must be able to work 4.5 - 5 massage hours per shift. Any massage over 60 min, we have 30 min to clean and prep before the next session. We also do couples/doubles massage and you must be willing to work as a team with another therapist, one of the best ways to keep your trade fresh!
Calm, caring, positive personality who has ability to listen and focus on our clients while being very aware of surroundings, while being a team player with front desk and other LMT's
We are looking for an LMT who wants to be a part of our close-knit Azalea family. We are only interested in someone who is looking for long term employment - our clients become our regulars and high turnover is not part of our plan. Please do not apply if you are in transition.
Ability to use computer program for charting/SOAPS/basic typing skills
Attention to detail and superior cleanliness/sanitizing
Sign on bonus after 7 months, based on how many shifts you average per week - $300 - $600
Are you versed in Thai, craniosacral, cupping, gua sha, kinesio taping, lymphatic drainage, myofascial, or something else? We are looking to add new modalities to our menu and open to your expertise!
Provided:
This is a W-2 position, so you do not have to worry about year end taxes, all equipment is up to date and top of the line
Set schedule - looking for 3 or more shifts per week. Must be able to massage 4.5 - 5 hours per day and includes 2 hour massages.
Pay is very competitive, based on experience, plus tips, flat rate so no guessing on what % you will make or what your next your check might be. Pay is transparent
All beautiful treatment rooms have hydraulic tables

Laundry is provided and cleaned for you
Clean scrub top is provided for you each shift

CE reimbursement/pay after one year, if average of 3 shifts per week worked in the year

SUN - noon to 6
TUES 2 - 8 pm needed
WEDNESDAY - 2 - 8pm
THURS 2 - 8pm
FRIDAY noon - 6pm
SAT noon - 6pm
(option Fri, Sat, Sun to start at 10:30 am if you want a longer shift)
