-Affordable rent with 24/7 access.
-Must have required licensing (including independent contractors license) for performing services. Liability insurance for your business is required too.
-Free snacks and drinks for you and your clients.
-Free street parking.
-Free wifi. We have a gate and a security camera to keep our second floor space safe.
-You must provide your own supplies, materials, and equipment for your services. You must supply your own disinfectant as well. General cleaning products, trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, are provided by Lessor.
-Established clientele preferred.
-Best fit is for someone with good energy and drive. I want to continue having a safe space for everyone. Not a place for hate, racism, homophobia, transphobia, etc.
