Job Title: Information Technology Technician (Levels 1-3)

Roles and Responsibilities:
Level 1 Technician: Basic troubleshooting, hardware and software support, and performing all basic hardware repairs, including taking apart laptops, replacing hard drives and rebuilding desktop computers.
Level 2 Technician: More complex troubleshooting, basic network administration, including re-flashing routers, understanding firewalls, subnet masks, IP addresses, and cybersecurity experience.
Level 3 Technician: Advanced troubleshooting, detailed network administration, DNS, email, and server administration, with cross-platform experience in Linux, Windows, and Apple.
Qualifications:
Strong technical skills and experience appropriate for the level
Excellent problem-solving abilities
Great communication and teamwork skills
Familiarity with various IT systems and software
