Lanz Cabinets is currently hiring for a full-time IT Specialist.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsible for the installation, operation, and maintenance of computer systems and other technologies,
including but not limited to communication systems.
Providing day-to-day support to end users across the organization.
Diagnosing connectivity or program access issues, answering questions about programs or policies, and
helping users access shared printers and other network devices.
Assisting users with set up of computer and peripheral equipment, including but not limited to printers,
scanners and other peripheral devices.
Maintaining proper organization of IT related supplies and equipment.
Answering calls and e-mails regarding the computer network or communication systems.
Documenting and tracking of inventory.
Providing daily support for computer network users.
Proving support to machine operators and working with our Maintenance Team to resolve shared issues.
Qualifications:
Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
High level attention to detail.
Time management skills and the ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
Ability to routinely lift and carry up to 25 lbs.
Occasionally climbing stairs or ladders while carrying computer related equipment.
