Job Title- L1 Deskside IT support
Location- Eugene, Oregon (Onsite)
Required Skills-
Knowledge of network troubleshooting, Ethernet, and IP configuration
Knowledge of patch management
Proficiency in software support tools for DNS, storage, and networking
Install new hardware throughout the organization.
Replace outdated or nonfunctional hardware throughout the organization.
Uninstallation and Installation of software and applications.
Aware about booting from USB, and CD-Drive. OS installation, Formatting.
Below are the requirements for this position :
Onsite presence is required.
L1 resource with about 1-2year’s experience in the role of deskside IT support.
Must be able to provide provision/install/troubleshooting and maintenance of Laptop and desktops windows/mac
Installation of application/configurations
Troubleshoot printers/scanners.
Apply to patch and deploy update packages.
Antivirus/firewall understanding and troubleshooting.
