Job Description:
As an Appliance Repair Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing a variety of home appliances, including refrigerators, washers, dryers, dishwashers, stoves, and more. You will provide excellent customer service while working independently to complete repairs efficiently and accurately.
Key Responsibilities:
Diagnose issues with appliances and provide clear estimates for repairs.
Perform repairs on various appliances (refrigerators, ovens, washers, dryers, dishwashers, etc.).
Communicate effectively with customers, and explaining services provided.
Maintain a clean, organized service vehicle with necessary parts and tools.
Stay current with appliance technologies and repair techniques.
Ensure that all work is completed safely and in compliance with company standards.
Qualifications:
Prior experience in appliance repair or a related field is preferred, but not required.
Strong mechanical aptitude.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
Own your own tools (preferred but not required).
Ability to lift heavy appliances and work in various environments.
Background check and drug screening may be required.
