Foreman sought to direct and work alongside concrete crew. Applicants must be able to perform at a journeyman level and have verifiable, past foreman experience. Qualified applicants must be proficient in the following tasks with limited direction needed: establishing layout per survey and plans, directing/placing various types of structural and site formwork, directing/placing reinforcement per shop drawings/plans, receiving concrete trucks and pumps, directing/place/finishing various structural, site concrete and flatwork including concrete slabs, and saw cutting. Applicants should be confident in communicating between crew, superintendents and inspectors. Experience with various types of finishing equipment, preferred (e.g. riders/walk-behinds). Applicants must be willing to comply with and enforce company safety and conduct policies, including additional policies which may be required by general contractors, project owners, and government agencies they perform work for. Applicants should anticipate passing background checks and drug testing as a requirement of the position offered. Primary range of work limited to the Willamette Valley with occasional, short-duration, travel.
Competitive pay negotiable DOE above current journeyman BOLI scales. Benefits offered following prelim waiting period.
