The vast majority of our work is a result of relationships with repeat clients. We are looking for a stand-out individual to become a key member of our construction management team.

Plan, organize and prioritize daily activities to drive the schedule for project completion on time and under budget

Maintain good professional relationships with subcontractors, clients, peers and the team
Successfully coordinates and manages onsite activities, scheduling, QA/QC, project safety, and client satisfaction of assigned construction projects
As a Superintendent you will work as a team member with experienced Project Managers for the successful completion of projects.
Job Requirements/Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management (Equivalent education and/or experience is considered) and 5 years of proven leadership or supervisory role in construction.
A depth of knowledge and experience with various construction means and methods and materials, their characteristics, installation procedures and tolerances.
Commercial Construction experience required.
Strong computer skills, proficiency using Microsoft products.
Ability to climb ladders and walk large job sites.
