Responsibilities:
Fabricate and assemble custom cabinetry to precise specifications.
Operate woodworking machinery and hand tools safely and efficiently.
Read and interpret shop drawings and design specifications.
Perform final assembly tasks, including hanging hardware, doors, and drawers.
Ensure all work meets our high standards of quality and craftsmanship.
Work collaboratively with the team to meet project deadlines.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a cabinet maker or in a similar woodworking role.
Proficiency in operating woodworking machinery and hand tools.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
Ability to read and interpret drawings and design plans.
Excellent time management skills and the ability to work under pressure.
A team-oriented attitude and the ability to work well with everyone.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
