Selectemp is hiring an Experienced Sheet Metal Worker to accurately complete sheet metal projects in the field by working safely, productively and efficiently for local architectural sheet metal installation company.Experienced Sheet Metal WorkerPay Rate:
$25.00 - $30.00/hr+, DOEWork Schedule:
Monday-Friday
7:00AM-3:30PM OT required at times

Read, interpret & use blueprints, specifications, submittals, details, etc. to organize & plan installation projects
Communicate with co-workers, project managers, general contractors & other subcontractors, architects & owners to address project issues, convey project status and discuss project specifications and changes. etc.
Lay out projects & select appropriate equipment & tools to execute the installation
Complete sheet metal installation using a variety of tools & equipment
Examine completed installations
Lead & guide apprentice employees
Draw fab sheets & complete measurements, then accurately communicate information to field & office for material orders
Ensure all OSHA regulations are followed
Oversee & perform jobsite clean up
Ensure all materials & work are secured from theft and protected from weather
Complete all required paperwork accurately & timely
Load, unload & secure materials onto trailers & trucks
Pull trailer to deliver materials to jobsites
Complete necessary training to maintain required skills or certifications
Must have mechanical & math skillsThis is an immediate opening!
