ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Good attitude toward work and attention to detail
Plumbing repairs and retrofits, both indoor and outdoor to include some digging and trenching
Fencing, Signage, siding/building repairs and installation
Painting, drywall, minor framing, flooring and other finish carpentry type work
Maintenance of doors, windows, gutters, roof cleaning and other maintenance/ cleaning jobs
Willingness and ability to at times go up 2-3 stories high in man baskets on roofs in a safe environment with proper training, support and safety
Small tractor and company service vehicle operation
Other tasks as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
Prior experience in Building Maintenance and/or Landscape Maintenance
Plumbing experience preferred
Valid Driver's License and insurance approval to operate a company vehicle
Ability to lift 50 pounds frequently
Ability to work in and out of doors year round
