Responsibilities:
Addressing the client’s HVAC concerns
Thoroughly checking the entire HVAC system
Listening to the client and providing suggestions and feedback to improve their existing system
Completing all necessary repairs
Completing all necessary paperwork
Making phone calls to warranty companies
Picking up necessary parts from part stores
Working as a team as well as individually to complete jobs
Communication with office staff
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years previous HVAC experience, preferably in residential applications
Experience troubleshooting HVAC systems
You enjoy working with people
Excellent communication skills with both homeowners and management/office staff
Valid driver’s license
You can lift, push, or pull up to 100 lbs
Ability to use smartphone/tablet
Attention to detail
Handle high stress periods
Ability to use tools needed
