We are seeking a Service Journeyman Plumber to join our team. This role involves diagnosing and repairing plumbing systems and delivering top-notch customer service by utilizing comprehensive knowledge of plumbing systems and company-sponsored programs.
What You’ll Do:
Complete all general in-home plumbing service calls.
Establish rapport with customers to sell appropriate products and services.
Troubleshoot plumbing system malfunctions by asking the right lifestyle questions.
Educate and assist customers in choosing the best finance options and our membership program.
Understand service criteria and exceed revenue goals.
Present yourself as a professional to gain referrals and repeat business.
Maintain a clean, organized job site and well-inventoried truck.
Participate actively in training exercises and weekly meetings.
Ensure accuracy and timeliness with invoices, timecards, summaries of findings, and pulse reviews.
What You’ll Need:
Valid Oregon General Journeyman License is required.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Knowledge of local plumbing codes.
Residential service or installation experience (preferred)
Preferred residential service or installation experience.
Familiarity with trade tools and equipment.

Competitive Compensation: The wage for this position is $42.50, plus bonus incentives. Our electrician averages between $53-$62 per hour in total compensation, (this amount does not include health/wellness benefits).
