Immediate opening for a lead fabricator. Responsible for planning, coordinating, and directing daily fabrication shop activities.
Responsibilities include, but not limited to the following:
- Manage production schedules, inventory levels, and materials.
- Quality Control: Make sure products meet established quality standards.
- Safety: Ensure safety procedures are followed, and that employees receive proper training.
- Staff management: Train and supervise staff while establishing performance standards.
- Efficiency: Identify and implement ways to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Current shift is 5:00 am to 3:30 pm, Mon - Thurs, with occasional overtime
