HOPE Community Corporation (HOPE) is a nonprofit manufactured housing production facility. HOPE is developing and building one and two bedroom HUD-certified manufactured homes for low-income households in Oregon. Responsibilities:
Production Excellence: Responsible for top-quality plumbing workmanship and efficient production.

Personable Approach: Interact with team members in a friendly and approachable manner.
Proactive Leadership: Take ownership of your role and drive results.
Ability to Learn: Take initiative to learn Manufactured Home Construction and Safety Standards (HUD Building Codes).
Communication: Work closely with Q&A Manager, Construction Manager and other Leads to identify and solve problems.
Reporting: Perform accurate, detail-oriented completion & tracking of HUD documents throughout the manufacturing process.
Qualifications:
Construction Expertise: Thorough knowledge of residential plumbing, both rough and finish work
Attention to Detail: An eye for precision and quality
Efficiency: Work quickly and effectively
Multitasking: Juggle multiple tasks seamlessly
Experience: At least 5-10 years of residential plumbing experience in both rough and finish work is required. Experience in manufactured home plumbing is a plus.
Ethical: Honest, dependable and punctual
Position requires a background check as a condition of employment.

Schedule is Monday - Friday 7:00 am-3:30 pm (Hours may vary as they are subject to change based on manufacturing needs, but this is the standard day-to-day schedule).
ยท Pay: Starts at $25-$30 per hour, depending on experience
