Shop manager needed immediately, full-time
Duties:
- Oversee front of shop, customer service and sales
- Installation of car, truck, RV batteries. warranties, testing & replacement
- Building custom off-grid solutions both big and small
Experience required:
- Mechanic skills, high understanding of automotive batteries and wiring
- Solar electric and DC circuit knowledge
- Customer service, good attitude, ability to interact with wide range of customers
- Some experience managing other teammates; cooperation skills
- Organized & responsible, reliable
No drug history or alcohol history. Valid driver's license
Full training on any missing skills available for onboarding
