Home Pros Construction, LLC is looking for a Construction Manager to oversee our fast-growing residential projects. This is a high-pace leadership role managing subcontractor crews, schedules, materials, and client relationships from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
Manage subcontractors, ensuring jobs stay on schedule and meet quality standards.
Order and track all materials for projects.
Serve as the primary client contact, providing updates, walkthroughs, and handling change orders.
Use CRM/project management software to track budgets, schedules, and job progress.
Conduct final walkthroughs, ensure punch list items are completed, and collect final payments.
Proactively solve problems, keep communication flowing, and ensure smooth project delivery.
✅ Ideal Candidate
Strong background in residential construction management.
Proven track record scheduling subcontractors and juggling multiple projects at once.
Skilled in handling client communications and managing expectations.
Familiar with CRMs, digital project tracking, and job costing.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-moving environment.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Bachelor’s degree in construction science and management, engineering, architecture, business administration, or a related field is a plus.
