Small privately-owned family dealership located in the Eugene / Springfield previously owned car dealership.
Ideal candidates have the following skills and experience:
High school diploma or GED
2 plus years of experience as an auto mechanic or good garage experience – you knows your way around an engine
Ability to perform the basics: brakes, engine swap, tie rods, work on A/C and heating components, change spark plugs, etc
History of being punctual, having good work attendance, and mutual team respect
Fun personality with a great attitude and excellent customer service skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Enjoy learning from co-workers and problem solve
Physical Requirements and Work Environment:
Ability to work in an environment subject to fluctuations in heat, humidity, fumes, odors, dust, and noise
Ability to work in a fast-paced shop
Ability to lift at least 35 pounds
Ability to work with greasy parts and tools in a physically demanding environment
This is a full-time, temporary-to-hire position located in the Eugene / Springfield area with a wage depending on experience. Pre-employment drug screen and background check is required.
