Seeking Experienced Automotive Service Advisor
Schweitzer’s Automotive joined the Eugene community on November 1, 1993… 31 YEARS AGO! We have a wide-spread, deep rooted customer base which means our team is always busy. We have an 18 bay shop and are a full service facility. We service and repair domestic and import cars and trucks, medium duty trucks and motor homes. From pre-purchase inspections to customizing and fabricating street rods, we do it all. We provide driveability diagnosis and repair using state of the art equipment.
We have a unique opportunity at Schweitzer’s. We are looking for someone to “quarterback” our team as our Service Advisor. In this role, you would be responsible for coordinating and overseeing our customers and technicians. From scheduling to customer communication and parts ordering, to assigning jobs to technicians (one of which is Nationally Recognized as the Pronto ASE #1 Master Certified Technician) and overseeing their completion. We are looking for someone who is well versed in the automotive repair industry. This isn’t your typical service advisor role. You need to have a solid understanding of vehicle operations. You will also need to be confident in relaying service and repair information to customers.
As well as being versed in automotive repair, strong computer skills are also essential for this role. We are looking for someone who is familiar with Mitchell and has experience using this software (3 years experience preferred).

Monday through Friday, NO WEEKENDS! Salary DOE.
