Job Title: MachinistJob DescriptionSet up and operate CNC mill or lathe by following written and oral work instructions, changing out and adjusting tooling, and making basic code adjustments with supervisor permission as needed.
Inspecting parts with precision measurement tools like calipers and micrometers to ensure quality expectations are met.
Reference blueprints and utilize GD&T to create parts.
Perform basic maintenance and upkeep on your designated machine. Maintain a clean work station and return any borrowed tools from the Tool Crib.
Collaborate with other machinists and supervisors to work through production issues or improvements. Good written and oral communication is a must.
