Job Title: Site ManagerJob DescriptionWe are looking for a Site Manager to plan and execute the installation of tools at various customer site locations. This role involves planning, budgeting, scoping, and managing projects through leadership and supervision of Technicians and Field Engineers. The Site Manager will communicate with internal and external stakeholders and serve as the point of contact for project execution. General Responsibilities: - Ensure the creation and adherence to installation site safety procedures. - Own project safety execution, conduct regular audits, and investigate incidents. - Address and resolve challenging situations with customers, contractors, and team members. Project Execution: - Oversee project execution and deliverables, ensuring safe, high-quality, and timely installation. Supervise on-site personnel. - Interpret project schedules, milestones, and deliverables. Develop the installation work plan and schedule. - Organize and guide installation resource plans on-site to fulfill project requirements. - Act as the liaison with customers for all installation-related activities. Oversee communication with project stakeholders. - Handle project modifications, implement corrective measures, and revise project plans and documentation. - Finalize and disseminate project installation reports. - Execute project closure, aiding in project acceptance and handover by finalizing all installation documentation. Project Planning: - Develop and oversee installation site management documents, including the organizational chart and contact details. - Pinpoint project risks related to safety, quality, cost, and schedule. - Formulate and oversee the installation quality plan and the document control strategy for projects. Leadership: - Guide, mentor, train, and develop project teams, offering support and direction to team members. - Promote team communication and define expectations, roles, and responsibilities. - Arrange training, team advancement, and mentoring to enhance technical, safety, quality, and interpersonal skills.Hard Skills

Familiarity with electrical diagnostic instruments and shop/hand tools

Ability to read electrical schematics and blueprints

Diagnose and troubleshoot electromechanical devices

Experience with products such as motors, multimeters, proximity sensors, and conveyor belts

Associate's degree in electrical/mechanical engineering, Technical School Certification, or Military Certification

Experience in semiconductor automation

Soft Skills

Strong leadership and supervisory skills

Job TypeThis is a permanent position.Work SiteThis is a fully on-site position in Hillsboro, Oregon.Work EnvironmentThe work environment is usually moderate in noise level. The employee is regularly required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear. Occasionally required to stand, walk, sit, climb or balance, and stoop, kneel, or crouch. Must regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus. Work will be conducted onsite at Fab.
