Your main task will involve creating and maintaining commercial Configurations. You will work closely with Product Managers and Program Execution Managers to ensure smooth operations. Additionally, you will collaborate with different teams to develop effective commercial solutions that prioritize customer satisfaction.Job Responsibilities

Create, develop, maintain, and publish System Trees in the form of flow diagrams, outlining the logic of the relationships between commercial items.

Translate System Trees into a binary form by programming the flow diagram logic into Experlogix™, our 3rd-party add-on for configuration management in CRM.

Safeguard data consistency and integrity at all times.

Create and maintain user guide documentation and work instructions for the administration of various applications required for the job.

Lead the non-standard product request process in CRM and drive its development.

Lead Configurator development for business integrations into CRM.

Provide comprehensive knowledge on CRM/Configurator integration.

Job Requirements

Minimum of Bachelor's degree, Masters preferred.

at least 5 years of work experience with 2+ years of experience supporting configuration software

Ability to translate requirements into logical expressions.

Attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and consistency in data and logic.

Drive for continuous data validation and improvement.

2+ years of experience with CRM and ERP software preferred.

2+ years of experience in global sales and marketing customer support.

Strong English language skills, both written and verbal.

Ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences.

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Dedication to continuous learning and development.
