We are an international investment company, I made my first million at Age 19 Now im 26.
ive noticed how people have a serious issue working for someone so young the fact is I have a lot of skills that are in high demand. I get asked all the time what exactly does OG INC do? Consulting, Logistics, Sourcing, Management Services, Shipping and in general Investing, we invest in, people, product, businesses, markets. all sorts of things, we currently have 80 full time employees and 120 employees overall, we have a massive demand for labor and plan on filling another 40 positions in the next month.
I am noticing that during this covid thing alot of people are making more money off unemployment and are not even interested in working, this is a giant challenge for a fast growing corporation like mine that was legitimately started from 45$.
I'm in general recruiting people who understand what it means to have a business grow this fast. we literally cannot find enough people to do all the jobs we have. im so extremely busy on the day to day i feel overloaded.
the point of this position is to facilitate the growth of the company in any way possible, if that means doing my laundry, grocery shopping for me, managing people, sending me video updates of different job sites so that I can monitor progress remotely. I'm fine with people having clear job descriptions if you aren't interested in doing whatever is necessary thats fine just communicate that. at this point we have so many job openings im sure we can find a job for you.
Willing to accept part time, but prefer full time.
This is the most important thing please do not even waste my time or yours, without following directions or you will not be hired and we need all the people we can get right now:

3. either email, or upload a video to youtube of you interviewing yourself, basically pretend you are the person doing the interview and ask yourself questions you believe to be relevant. the whole point of this executive assistant position is to take burdens of time off of me. and interviewing people has become a gigantic waste of time for me. I
this positions STARTS at 12-20$/hour if you ask to start for more than that without a really good argument of why u are actually worth that. if you just need that much money but dont know the first thing about running a large business and you waste my time you are gonna get blacklisted for life.
our company has grown 2-5x year over year for the last 5 years. If you wanna get in on the 1st floor of something big and it excites you to be apart of big projects this is the place for you.
