Need talented chef for potential Head Chef position. Food handlers card necessary. Must be mild-mannered and egoless. Must move quickly and efficiently. Ability to cook all red meat to proper temperature is imperative. Can't be afraid to wash dishes during slower periods also. Experience in proper sanitation, ordering, training, catering, buffet service, leading also very important. Well-versed in traditional and unique soups and specials. Must have reliable transportation and be drug-free. This is a very good opportunity for the right person. $14/hr to start but will quickly rise if you meet the challenge. Need to set up interviews ASAP.
