The successful candidate will be able to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook food according to recipes and menu specifications.
Maintain a clean and sanitary work area at all times.
Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines when handling food.
Ensure that all food is cooked to the proper temperature.
Adhere to all food safety regulations and policies.
Monitor food supplies and prep & stock items as needed.
Maintain accurate records of food temperatures and other quality control measures.
