The Oregon Tech BIG ABA Clinic invites applications for the role of Clinic Manager (Administrative Program Specialist).
About The Position:
The Administrative Program Specialist (Clinic Manager) works under the direction of the Clinic Director to provide essential managerial support to the Associate Clinic Director, students, and other staff. The Clinic Manager will coordinate daily operations for BIG ABA Clinic. Duties of this position include:
1. Providing quality customer service, interfacing with patients, doctors offices, vendors, and staff
2. Ensuring the clinic follows all legal and regulatory processes for insurance billing and other reimbursement
3. Clinic operations related to day to day management of appointments, phone calls, emails and other inquiries
4. Budget management, scheduling, purchasing, inventory, etc.
Required Qualifications, Per Classification:
Two years of experience as an administrative specialist or executive support specialist which included administrative support for a project, program, or operation. Administrative support includes those duties beyond clerical/secretarial such as: interpretation of laws, rules, and regulations; administrative data collection and analysis; and evaluation of projects, processes, and operations; OR
An equivalent combination of training and experience.
One year of post-secondary education may be substituted for up to one year of the experience.
Additional Requirements:
Fluent with Microsoft Office Suite to include Outlook, Office 365, Teams, etc
Able to handle sensitive client information with confidentiality
Highly organized with the ability to pivot to new tasks quickly
Excellent customer service skills
The ability to learn software quickly
