Position Summary: The Sales Representative is responsible for managing product sales and orders in existing accounts while ensuring the highest standards of merchandising and customer service. This position is exempt and requires flexibility to work until tasks are completed.
Key Responsibilities:
Interact and build rapport with decision makers in each customer’s location. Place order of product to be delivered maintaining sufficient inventory levels for consumers purchase.
Rotate products to ensure that store follows a “first in - first out” stocking system by removing and organizing product on shelfs.
Sell-in additional displays, new products and other promotional items throughout the assigned store to increase sales volume and generate additional sales revenue.
Ensure Sales Partnership Programs are followed throughout the year by regularly confirming with their assigned supervisor
Perform cold vault and warm shelf resets at customer locations to meet merchandising standards.
Promote promotional programs and ensure customer compliance with those programs.
Maintain appropriate inventory levels for assigned accounts and make orders as needed.
Ensure all company assets, including point-of-sale displays, cold equipment, and racks are properly maintained and presented.
Maintain assigned company vehicles in accordance with company standards.
Provide clear communication of account activities to internal teams.
Transport, replace, and maintain point-of-sale advertising materials at customer locations.
Regular lifting of up to 50 pounds, as well as bending, reaching, and kneeling.
Attend meetings as assigned and assist with special projects and events.
Complete other projects or duties as assigned.

Standard Weekly Hours Worked: 50/wk
Typical Schedule: Monday to Friday, 6:00a-4:30p
Ability to work weekends and holidays as directed by the business

Requirements
High School Diploma (or GED) required or equivalent degree/certificate preferred
Must be able to operate Excel, Outlook, a PDF reader, and other software on an iPhone and iPad device
Must be at least 18 years of age
Must have a valid driver’s license
Driving record must meet Timber Country’s vehicle policy requirements
Reliable form of transportation
Ability to lift to 50 pounds
