Our electricians do!

Our electrical contractors in Southern Oregon and Northern California all pay “prevailing wage” on all jobs, not just publicly funded projects. Have you ever worked for 13 hours in a day and received no overtime? All of our contractors pay overtime (1 1/2 time) after you have worked 8 hours in a day, and double time after 10 hours in a day even if you don’t have 40 hours in the week. They also provide most of the tools, all you need are your basic hand tools (Yes they pay for step bits, P & R bits, drill bits etc. too!).

Whether you are looking to do residential, commercial, industrial or you like specialized systems or service work we have a contractor that does the type of work you prefer. We are always looking for Journeyman and apprentice electricians and are offering a $1000 sign on bonus for both!

The current wage package for Journeyman electrician is:

- $36.59 (minimum) on the check

- $10.05 medical, dental and vision insurance

- $6.50 towards multiple retirements

- .37 vacation

Total hourly compensation = $53.51

Total annual compensation based on 2000 hours = $107,020

Did you know that union members do not have to "actively seek" work in order to receive unemployment benefits if they find themselves unemployed?
