Well established general contractor with over 30 years of successful business is seeking a new member for their management team. This is a long term position with a generous compensation package for the right candidate. The successful candidate will work closely with a well established management team estimating construction projects, executing contracts, managing construction projects, working closely with owners, subcontractors, and employees to deliver a successful project.
We are open to any level of experience; a seasoned veteran of the trade will be just as desirable as new college graduate that we are willing to train in the trade. Although we are not requiring a College degree, degrees that we desire are Management, Engineering, Surveying, or any other that could be helpful in the construction trade.
We desire someone with computer experience
Good oral and written communication skills
Ability to multitask
Good problem solving skills
Must be able to work under pressure and have good people skills
This will be a salaried manager position that will require at least 45 hours per week, paid vacation, holidays, and Medical/Vision insurance.
Must have a good driving record, reliable transportation and be able to pass a pre-employment drug test.
