Mary's Woods is looking for a Serverwith exceptional communication and customer service skills to join our team. As a Server at Mary's Woods,you will be serving meals andcreating a clean and beautiful table for residents and guests to enjoywhile continuing to promote our mission and vision. No experience required - we will provide all necessary training! Mary's Woods is a non-profit senior living community founded in 2001. We offer independent living, assisted living, memory care and residential care in a park-like setting on 40 acres in Lake Oswego. We pride ourselves on our rich heritage, spirit of caring and welcoming culture.We are seeking passionate team members to join us in fulfilling our mission and values. Below are some of the core responsibilities, experience and skills needed to be successful:
Assistin the set-up of tables and the seating of residents
Must be courteous at all times, taking resident food orders, serving food, bussing tables, and resetting table once the resident has departed
Followdaily sanitation cleaning schedules
Must maintain a pleasant demeanor and demonstrate excellent communication skills
No experience required
