Job Title: Maintenance TechnicianJob DescriptionWe are seeking a dedicated Maintenance Technician to maintain and service assigned manufacturing-related equipment throughout our facility. The ideal candidate will perform a wide variety of skilled work across multiple functions and operations of the preventive maintenance system.Responsibilities
Perform maintenance service and repairs on assigned equipment.
Troubleshoot, inspect, repair, replace, and maintain existing mechanical systems and associated equipment including air compressors, air dryers, dehumidifiers, and cooling towers.
Facilitate and accurately follow specific detailed operational instructions and prints for jobs and setup operations.
Administer the preventive maintenance system and provide required reports.
Determine preventative maintenance requirements for new equipment and educate and train equipment operators to perform routine maintenance.
Maintain a safe and effective work area/environment and use appropriate personal protective and safety equipment.
Support the Facilities Function as needed.
Perform other responsibilities as assigned.
Maintain regular, consistent, and punctual attendance. May need to work nights and weekends, variable schedules, and additional hours as necessary.
Essential Skills
Experience with maintenance of manufacturing equipment.
Knowledge of hydraulics, mechanical systems, pneumatics, and preventive maintenance.
Ability to troubleshoot and repair mechanical systems and equipment.
Proficiency in reading and interpreting schematics.
Strong understanding of electrical systems.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience with air compressors, air dryers, dehumidifiers, and cooling towers.
Ability to train equipment operators on routine maintenance procedures.
