Immediate position available for 7+ Hours a week. Remote and onsite work required. Tech + design savvy a MUST. Friendly and genuinely kind at heart, a requirement. Position will be answering calls, scheduling appointments, and interacting with clients on the regular until all these positions are filled individually.

We are a full service cleaning and organization company hiring a Director of Operations Manager responsible for knowing the inside outs of our multiple scheduling platforms, hiring, training, and managing admin assistants, hiring and managing the training protocols and procedures for our Cleanscapers, as well as assist in the evolution of internal operations. Hire will be creating standard operating procedures and training manuals for every aspect of the inner workings of our company. Hire will work intimately with owner during the training process. Pay is $23/hr during training. After training is completed with a successful review process and position can be managed with minimal to zero guidance, pay increases to $25/hr. 7-10+ hours to start, seeking someone ready to dive in, learn it all, and grow with us as we are planning to open another location fall 2025.
