Grants Pass Mobile Home Park is looking to hire a part time manager and maintenance worker for the community.
The ideal candidate would have computer knowledge and able to work with Word, Excel, Adobe Acrobat and Rent Manager software, preferably with property management experience. You would need to be able to provide customer service to tenants and prospects on a day to day basis. You would also need to be familiar with basic maintenance work and grounds keeping.
The main duties to be performed are:
- Answering prospect and tenant phone calls.
- Showing open apartments and spaces that are available for rent.
- Collecting and scanning payments into the system.
- Waking the grounds and make sure that the park is clean and neat.
- Issuing notices to the community when needed for violations.
- Mowing / Weed eating / Cleaning of the common areas inside the park.
- Fix broken waterlines.
- Snake sewer lines if there is a sewer back up.
- Working directly with your remote supervisor to complete tasks when needed.
- Any tasks given to you by your Supervisor.
- Able to properly write and communicate in english.
This pays at $19.00 an hour with 20-30 hours a week depending on the need.
