Jones & Associates Premier Financial Solutions is a financial services company locally owned and serving the Rogue Valley since 1999. We are seeking a unique individual to join our team for our Administrative Assistant position.
Specific responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
Maintains records & follows up on account discrepancies with insurance carriers
Handles day-to-day calls, transactions and problem resolution, escalating items to manager
Provides processing, sales support, maintenance and general administrative duties for the sales team
Has a professional demeanor with clients via telephone and email
Has the ability to multi-task and operate efficiently in a high-volume entrepreneurial environment
Participates in the implementation of systems and processes
Works proactively to identify potential problems and issues in order to maintain client satisfaction
Must be a team player and well organized with high attention to detail
Ideal Candidate has:
Strong Microsoft Office knowledge base, especially Excel
Prior Insurance Experience
Outgoing personality and enjoys working client social events outside the normal office setting
Adaptability to a growing, changing environment
Desire to take on new challenges
