Pronto Print is seeking a new member to add to our customer service team at our Ashland location! If you are an individual who enjoys interacting with people and providing an exceptional service experience, we want to talk to you! Pronto Print has served the Rogue Valley for over 40 years and takes great pride in providing excellent customer service, high quality printing and being able to contribute to the overall success of each client. It's a fast-paced environment with something new every day!
Daily job requirements will involve but are not limited to:
- Interacting with our clients face to face, on the phone and by email
- Generating price quotes and work orders
- Job tracking and problem solving
- Making print recommendations based on client needs and preferences
Preferred candidates will possess the following traits/abilities:
- Kind and friendly demeanor
- Punctual
- A willingness to learn the print industry
- Self-motivated, organized and willing to take ownership of their duties
- Keen attention to detail
- Excellent customer service and phone communication skills
- The ability and willingness to consistently meet urgent deadlines
- Strong time management skills
- Strong computer skills. Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Adobe Acrobat
High school diploma or GED preferred. Willing to train the right individual; beginning part-time and moving into full-time hours. Please respond with a resume and cover letter.
