Customer Success Specialist

Location: On-site (some remote work possible)

Hours: Full-time, Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm

Pay: $30/hour, with opportunities for pay increases based on performance

Are you passionate about creating unforgettable customer experiences and helping people connect with cannabis in a meaningful way? Lucky Elk is looking for a full-time Customer Success Specialist to join our team. This role is all about fostering relationships, solving problems, and amplifying the values that make our brand special.

What You’ll Do:

Provide outstanding customer support through email, phone, and social media, ensuring every interaction is positive and memorable.

Resolve customer inquiries with professionalism, empathy, and creativity.

Use our ecommerce platform (Shopify) to assist with orders, refunds, and troubleshooting.

Monitor reviews and forums to stay in touch with customer sentiment and share insights with the team.

Analyze customer feedback to create helpful, engaging content for blogs and social media

Develop proactive outreach and relationship-building initiatives.

Assist with creative campaigns and contribute ideas for marketing efforts.

What You Bring:

Skills & Experience:

Proven experience in customer-facing roles; cannabis knowledge is a plus but not required.

Strong computer and web skills

Excellent writing and communication skills, capable of adapting your tone to diverse customer needs.

Character & Values:

Enthusiasm for connecting with people and fostering a sense of community.

A self-motivated and organized approach to handling responsibilities.

Creativity & Insight:

A knack for turning customer interactions into memorable moments.

Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to think on your feet.
