We're a boutique property management company specializing in STRs (Airbnbs).
What that looks like:
-a lot of cleanings between 11am and 4pm
-same day turnovers (a guest checks out at 11 and another checks in at 4)
-sometimes last minute (today/tomorrow) schedules
-sheets and towel laundry
Prior experience (with Airbnb specifically) preferred but not required.
Most of all we're looking for a dependable, hard-working housekeeper that is a team player and looking to be part of our team for the long haul.
Room to grow over time for the right person.
Background check will be required.
Must be able to lift 50lbs.
Due to the nature of this role in guest-facing environments, we require employees/contractors to be non-smokers to maintain cleanliness standards and prevent odor transfer into properties
At the moment we are prioritizing cleaners with Sunday availability since that's one of our busiest days
