Are you passionate about coffee, wine, and providing an unforgettable guest experience? We're a cozy, community-focused coffee and wine bar looking for enthusiastic Baristas and Servers to join our team!
What You’ll Do:
As a Barista:
Craft high-quality espresso drinks, pour-overs, teas, and more
Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting bar area
Offer warm, knowledgeable customer service
Open the café following daily procedures
Need to have and be willing to get food handlers permit and alcohol service permit
As a Server:
Knowledgeably guide guests with menu offerings
Provide attentive, friendly table service
Maintain a clean and welcoming environment
Ensure smooth transitions between day and evening service
Open / close the café following daily procedures
Need to have and be willing to get food handlers permit and alcohol service permit
What We’re Looking For:
Prior experience in a café, bar, or restaurant is a plus, but we’re willing to train the right people
A passion for hospitality, coffee, wine—or all three!
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Great communication skills and a team-player attitude
Have ability to lift 30 lbs and climb a ladder
Willing to perform light cleaning
Must be 21+ to serve alcohol
