Busy season is upon us and we are looking for an awesome host for Blue Toba, a most vital and appreciated position for our team. So important to be grounded, have a sparkly personality, be welcoming and friendly, able to multi task in a big way, be impeccable with tracking timing when busy as to when to tell a party how long their wait for a table will be, taking and tracking to-go orders, clearing and setting tables, and sometimes even taking orders/serving/running food. Must have the ability to stay calm, easy, fluid and grounded even in what might be considered a bit of an overwhelming moment.
Must be. 18 or older, have food handler's card and OLCC permit to serve alcohol.
Blue Toba is a long time beloved and one of a kind restaurant in the community. We are close knit team of really good people. We value kindness, excellent communication skills, emotional maturity, and as a team, we have each other's backs. There is no position at Blue Toba that is below or above another position. Each position is deeply valued and appreciated and essential to the whole. Profoundly so.
