Job Posting: Kitchen Position with Open Availability
Location: Eagle Point Schmizza Pub & Grub
We are looking for someone to open our restaurant on Monday and Tuesday 10 am to close and close a 2 to nights per week.
Job Description: We are looking for dedicated and enthusiastic individuals to join our team at Schmizza.
Pub & Grub. As a crucial member of our kitchen team, you will play a key role in crafting delicious pizzas
and ensuring the highest quality food for our customers. If you have a passion for culinary excellence, an
eye for detail, and can commit to open availability, we want to hear from you!
Requirements:
1. Kitchen Experience: A minimum of 6 months of kitchen experience, especially in a pizza
restaurant or pizzeria, is required. Knowledge of pizza dough preparation, sauce making, and
pizza oven operation is highly desirable.
2. Food Safety Knowledge: Understanding and adherence to food safety and hygiene regulations is
essential. Familiarity with proper food handling and sanitation practices is a must.
3. Team Player: Collaboration is vital in our kitchen. You should work well with other kitchen staff,
including cooks, prep chefs, and servers, to ensure efficient and smooth operations.
4. Attention to Detail: Quality and consistency are paramount. The ability to follow recipes,
portion control, and maintain high standards for food presentation is crucial.
5. Open Availability: We require our kitchen team members to have a flexible schedule, including
evenings, weekends, and holidays. Your willingness to work during peak business hours is
necessary to meet customer demands.
