Country Willows Inn and The Palm Motel and Cottages, in Ashland, is seeking a permanent lead housekeeper.
The position would typically require 5-6 days a week; up to 5.5 hours per day. Weekends are a MUST.
Hours: 9:30 am to 2 p.m. (may fluctuate based on occupancy)

Teamwork oriented
Superior attention to detail and communications skills
Daily tasks include cleaning guest rooms, bathrooms, public areas, restocking supplies, and responding to guest requests.
Offering training, support and direction to other housekeepers.
Basic knowledge of general cleaning principles, use of cleaning products, and operation of standard cleaning equipment
Ability to lift a maximum of 50 lbs
Ability to work a somewhat flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
A professional appearance and good personal hygiene must be maintained at all times
Willing to perform other job-related tasks that may not be included in this job description
Must be customer service oriented and able to respond to guest-related questions or concerns in a timely, efficient and positive manner.
Maintains a friendly, cheerful, courteous, and professional demeanor at all times with guests, vendors and fellow staff.
The ability to work quickly and accurately in a high volume/fast-paced atmosphere is imperative.
