We are seeking a highly qualified cook to join our night line. This is a full time position with the opportunity for advancement.
The ideal applicant has:
A minimum of 3 years of experience on the kitchen line
A strong knowledge of all line positions (setting up a station, prepping, executing recipes, etc.)
Strong organizational skills
The ability to create and execute specials
The ability to lift 50 lbs, stand and work in the heat for long hours, cope with pressure, and keep cool
Passion
A positive attitude
